Lovely Rose Sulab

Hello, my name is Lovely Rose Sulab, but, most people call me Rose. I used to work as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry for five years. Although it was a roller-coaster working there. I was able to support my siblings and I through college. Where I obtained my Bachelor Degree in Entrepreneurship.

After giving birth, it had been a struggle for me to go back to work. Because I am a breastfeeding mom and my son does not want to feed on bottles, I started looking for a job that would allow me to work from home. I started working for Raquel and Be Boujee Enterprises LLC in February 2021. After over 100 proposals in Upwork, someone finally hired me! I have been blessed to work for Raquel especially during this time where it is a great opportunity to work remotely. As a business-minded individual, I can share my ideas and thoughts on how else we can grow as a brand.

Raquel’s main is to help women budget, save and invest. This is one of the reasons that I was enticed to work for her, other than Raquel being the coolest, caring, and understanding boss I have known. I was thrilled that I can work and help these women too in my own little way, other than that, Raquel is helping me get better at managing my finances and not going further into debt. While working with her, I have also come to have a deep understanding and relationship with money. I was able to start paying off debts I incurred over the last year and save a little bit for emergencies.

I’ve learned that the reason why most of us go into debt is due to a lack of education on how to handle our finances. At the end of the day, even it doesn’t matter how much money you make, if you cannot manage your finances well, you can still go into debt. It is very important that all of us are aware of these things so that we can have a brighter future and stop living paycheck to paycheck. These are just a few of the things we have to learn and Raquel has a lot more in store for us.

Raquel giving me the opportunity to work with her during this time that I really needed a job and helping me be a better person when it comes to finances has helped me prepare for myself and my son’s future. She has truly motivated me to be an advocate in helping people to be financially literate.
